Washington University School of MedicineAndrew has worked in healthcare for over 15 years, and worked at WUSM for almost a decade. He is most recently the Program Manager for the Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Section of the Department of Medicine's Division of Gastroenterology. His responsibilities encompassed academic, administrative, clinical as well as research; engaging in a multi-faceted interdisciplinary functions. Moreover, he coordinated social media, human capital, grants, purchasing, and sourcing; and has been a critical part in building the IBD Center of Excellence, and worked on the School of Medicine's Specialty Pharmacy Development Project.
Prior to his recruitment to Gastroenterology, Andrew served as the Fellowship Coordinator for the Department of Neurology where he oversaw all aspects of the fellowship program, working in concert with the Program Director, the Graduate Medical Office, Hospital Staffing Office, as well as the ACGME. His responsibilities included, recruiting/selection of new candidates, logistical administration for the extensive interview process; credentialing of new physicians; performance management; compliance monitoring; and development & implementation of policies & procedures. |
Saint Louis UniversityAs an Administrative Assistant, Andrew worked closely with multiple physicians ensuring scheduling accuracy, medical record transcription, daily correspondence, and numerous other office related duties handled in a professional manner. He routinely multi-tasked, consistently acted as a patient advocate, and ensured the privacy of persons entrusting SLUCare with their health & well being.

SSM Cardinal Glennon CMCAndrew started in healthcare at CGCMC as a part-time registrar in the clinic. Within thirty days, his stellar performance earned him a full-time position, filling in for another employee on leave. When that employee returned three weeks later, Andrew was asked to stay on as a full-time employee in another department.

Lender Realty Services
Andrew specializes in contractual work with executive management in preparing job descriptions, testing materials, conducting pre-interviews and recommending to senior management qualified candidates with emphasis in the areas of officer and management positions, as well as IT personnel professionals. This LRS section was created at the request of our client base as a much needed professional service that can be performed more cost-effectively by an outside consulting firm. The most recent member of our professional staff (December, 2015), Andrew's achievements are significant to the firm and he was recently promoted to Director of Human Resource Services, and oversees the focus of this Department for Lender Realty Services, LLC. Andrew is based in our St Louis office.
